Steps to Success

This step is all about gathering information. It can include auditing existing material, interviewing key stakeholders (especially customers), and reviewing or performing research—both quantitative and qualitative.

1. Listen and Learn

All that listening and learning is distilled down to key discoveries. Often at this stage we get together in workshops to sift through and explore these findings. These insights then become the starting point for developing the solution to our marketing challenge.

2. Deliver Insights

This answers how we are going to solve the marketing challenge. There can be multiple deliverables here depending on the situation and the context, but in most cases the cornerstone is a set of objectives and how we are going to reach them.

3. Create the Strategy

This is where all the tools of marketing can be set in motion. Depending on your needs, this can include new or revised visual identities (logos, photos, color, font), integrated campaigns, advertising, social media, websites, sales enablement, marketing content, training, education, etc.

4. Pull the Levers
