We are at home on campuses so large you need a bus to cross them, but we are just as comfortable hanging out in a garage with you. Some of us have been around quite a while, but some of us are just getting started, full of fresh ideas.

Co-FounderKrista has been leading high-performance marketing and communications teams for years in organizations from the smallest to the largest. She describes her role as eliminating roadblocks to her team’s success. Her focus has always been on defining goals to unite disparate teams or aligning on short and long-term objectives. As a former boss once said, Krista has “a rare degree of competence in translating high level strategy into execution.”

Co-FounderOne of Alex’s favorite things in life—after his family and feeding people—is an empty page. Figuring out what to put into that wide-open white space, from sentences to stories and from business plans to brand strategies, is what Alex likes to do best. Alex is all about good vibes, loving to collaborate with smart and positive folks. Listening to stories and sharing insights fuel his creativity, and there’s nothing more exciting than tackling challenges and building solutions from scratch.

Account Manager, Marketing CommunicationsAs a communication and multimedia writing specialist, Cate brings a dynamic blend of creativity and strategic thinking to every project. Her passion lies in crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. Known for adaptability, Cate thrives in navigating the ever-evolving communication landscape.

Account Manager
A San José native born and raised, Sophia left the Bay Area to pursue a degree in Communication Studies at Western Washington University and fell in love with Washington. After helping teach both a course on public speaking and professional communication, she realized her passion for the field of communication in all of its forms. Sophia loves the sense of community that comes with a group of dedicated individuals all working toward a common goal.

Communication StrategistKaren has been a communication jack-of-all-trades for much of her career, but ultimately found her home in employee communication. She enjoys the challenge of striking the balance between the needs of companies and leaders and their audiences. She understands design and delivery: strategy and theory are good, but making it happen is even more satisfying.

Motion Graphic DesignerJorge Contreras is an Emmy® Award Nominee NATAS Senior Motion Graphic Designer that brings 10+ years of creative design experience to the table. His work ranges from promotional, advertising and branding for design studios and advertising agencies, to full infographics for documentaries, films and broadcasting networks.
