The Founder Positioning Lab is a 12-week hands-on program designed to help founders and leaders deeply understand who they are, how they show up, and how they lead. At its core, the program is about building clarity from the inside out. When founders are clear on themselves, their positioning becomes stronger, their decisions become easier, and their companies become more focused and effective.

The program focuses on helping you articulate your story with confidence, define and understand your audience, and establish a clear and differentiated position in the market. It also strengthens your ability to lead with authority, so you can communicate with conviction, align your team, and drive your business forward with intention.

The program is led by our founders, Krista Patterson and Alex Crawford, who bring years of experience across leadership, brand, and strategy. They have built their careers as operators, founders, and now teachers, and bring a practical, real world approach to helping others grow into more effective leaders.
